As you probably are aware in marathon water ski racing your body takes a beating, skipping and pounding across the water at speeds often in the 90 MPH range. A few months ago when you asked me to test this new product called HySpeedKote I admit I was skeptical. In my quest to continually improve my speed and endurance I have tested every new product known to me. Until now, I have not been very impressed with any of these products. I say until now because I have never tested anything like Hyspeedkote. Your product definitely reduces drag on my ski, which in turn dramatically reduced my level of fatigue. What was even more apparent is the fact that Hyspeedkote definitely make my ski ride through the water smoother. My ski no longer slaps big wakes as hard as before. I am not sure how this is possible, but it really does work. As captain of the 1999 USA Water Ski Team, I could not pass up the opportunity to take HySpeedKote to the World Championships in Spain this past September. As a result of using HySpeedKote on our skis I am proud to tell you that the USA Water Ski Team has brought the Gold back to the United States. We took four individual Gold Metals and the Team Gold. This is the first Gold we have brought back since 1993. You should be proud of your new product. It is the best thing I have the opportunity to use and will obviously want more for future events. Thank you again for the opportunity to test and use your product. My only regret is that I cannot keep it to myself I know my competition will end up using it which will make things even again.
