I just wanted to drop you a quick note to once again offer you some feedback on the positive effects your Hyspeedkote has had on not just the performance (speed & economy), but also on the safety of my 34 foot Baja Sportfish. That's right, in one quick coating, you've given me a better boat! The gains in speed and economy are easily measured, but you've also made my boat ride better, ride quieter, jump on plane quicker, and most importantly in my last couple of outings, you gave me a boat that planes at much lower speed than ever before.

The speed and economy I gained through the coating of your product on my Baja's hull was of course, very impressive. The gain in speed alone was even validated by Gene Weeks the owner at Thunder Performance is St. Pete, when we sea trialed my boat together after his technicians had done work on it a month or so ago. Given the fact that Gene has worked directly for Baja in their factory racing efforts, his validation of both the speed and the softer sound and ride characteristics, was really impressive. I guess the fact that my boat is running 62+ mph with the twin 250 Mercs on it, despite the drag of my extra large T-top is a little better than the normal 34 Sportfish. Again, the speed thing is easy to measure though. Aside from speed, it is the other things about your product that are much harder to measure, which have impressed me just as much, if not more than those gains in speed.

Case in point, over the past two weekends I had the opportunity to fish the waters here in the Gulf of Mexico approximately 40 miles offshore. Both weekends, the forecast was for morning clouds and scattered showers to move inland as the day went on... Boy were they off on their forecasting! Both weekends I headed back toward the port and ran right smack into a thunderstorm cell that was headed directly at us from the Southwest. So much for the forecasted track of the weather heading East, or inland. To make a long story short, what I needed to do in safely negotiating these runs back to port, was to run my Baja quartering into the seas at as slow a speed as possible, while keep the boat on plane to avoid taking the steep waves over our bow. Your product will allow me to plane nearly 400 rpms slower than I ever could before I coated it. Needless to say, that meant a great deal of difference over those last couple of trips!

Okay in summary, your product made my boat considerably faster, more fuel efficient, made it ride quieter, made it ride softer with less slam, and it allows me to run on plane at slower speeds. I can't think of a product that has ever accomplished all the above, much less done it at such a reasonable cost. Many thanks.
